American Animal Care Center is a special place to bring your pet for medical attention, grooming, preventative care or boarding. We are the largest provider of veterinary services in the Tri-City area, and have won numerous awards for “Best Vet” in both Fremont and the entire Bay Area.
Our state of the art center is located at 37177 Fremont Boulevard in Fremont, California. Although the majority of our patients are cats and dogs, we also love to care for rodents, rabbits, exotic pets and birds. Preventative care is one of American Animal Care Center‘s specialties, including vaccinations as well as spaying and neutering. Our preventative care also includes dentistry, as well as dermatology. If your pet has allergies, or you suspect that they may be to blame for an issue, we are knowledgeable in that area, too.
If your pet has a need that must be met immediately, we have an emergency and critical care center. You never have to worry about whether or not your pet will receive care, because we are open seven days a week, every single day of the year. It is best to call ahead if possible for emergencies, as our doctors are only on the premises until eleven o’clock at night. However, veterinarians are always on-call and can come to the rescue if there is an incident. Some of the many emergencies we have dealt with include pets being hit by a car, epileptic seizures, dogs and cats being poisoned by rat poison, heart failure and even pregnancy complications. Our state of the art intensive care unit is equipped for blood testing and transfusions, surgery and recovery. We also have top of the line monitoring equipment to keep vigilant watch over a patient’s vital signs and comfort. American Animal Care Center has highly experienced professionals that are prepared to help your pet in any sort of crisis.
If you are going away for a trip and you need pet care, we also offer boarding at our Pet Hotel. Our boarding features premium pet food, daily walks (and luxury runs for dogs!) calm and spacious cat condos, which are separate from dog-boarding areas, and much more! Our facilities are air-conditioned and heated for pets’ comfort, and we even offer additional TLC packages if your pet needs a little more loving than usual.
